About Cary Academy

SINCE ITS OPENING in 1997, Cary Academy has been committed to providing a challenging curriculum that reflects the school's mission of discovery, innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

As an independent, college-preparatory school, Cary Academy creates a secure and nurturing environment for students in grades 6-12 to discover new talents and interests and to develop academically, physically, and emotionally.

By presenting a curriculum strongly grounded in the humanities and integrated with a fully networked computer system, Cary Academy gives students the opportunity to re-enact the Nixon impeachment hearings, learn traditional African spirituals, and explore virtual worlds and famous museum collections online.
