We want students who are motivated to excel both in the classroom, as well as personally, taking advantage of all the opportunities our school has to offer.  We seek to enroll students from all ethnic, social, and economic groups. Our goal is to have a student body enriched by diverse backgrounds -- one that represents the rich, cultural fabric of the Triangle area.

Admissions decisions are based on the student's past academic record, teachers' recommendations, standardized test scores, a writing sample, a student visit and a student interview. In addition to academic potential, we value students with evidence of good citizenship and character who will contribute their imagination, curiosity, and special interests to the Cary Academy community.

We want to make the admissions process as personal as possible and encourage you to visit our campus.
