Bryttany Curran ('06), a student-athlete at the University of Tennessee, is the focus of a recent profile.
The story focuses on how Curran, a senior, has benefited the team and the school in her four years. She is the 10th-fastest performer in UT history in both the 100- and 200-yard breaststroke events and received the 2009 UT female Community Service Award.
“During her time at UT,” the story states, “Curran has been involved with Campus Crusade for Christ, Athletes in Action, FCA and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Her community service includes visiting elderly patients at the Kay Senior Care Center, feeding the homeless through Lost Sheep Ministries and involvement with Teams for Toys.”
