An eighth-grader set two new school swimming records in a match Nov. 19.
Stephen Hollinshead (’14) made a splash at CA’s home opener in swimming. At the meet on Nov. 19 against Fayetteville Christian School and Trinity Academy of Raleigh, Hollinshead set school records in the 200 freestyle (1.52.17) and the 500 freestyle (5.01.72). The meet went well for all Chargers: the CA girls’ and boys’ teams posted two wins each in the meet. The Chargers won 18 of 22 events with the girls’ squad winning each of its events.
