Cary Academy's Board of Directors is comprised of business, community and educational leaders charged with protecting the mission and the values of the school as well as providing vision and guidance to ensures the Cary Academy's long-term success.
The Board works closely with the Head of School, dedicating responsibility for day-to-day management to the head and the school's Leadership Team.
Cary Academy's Leadership Team consists of school employees who work collaboratively to provide leadership and management for school operations. They lead by finding creative and effective ways to further the school's mission. They manage by working together on in the implementation of school policies and strategic plans, creating the best possible environment for teaching and learning.
