As part of Cary Academy’s search for our next Head of School, consultants from Resource Group 175 (RG175)—Bob Henderson, Marcia Spiller, and Tom Olverson—visited campus November 11–12 to listen and learn from our community. Through conversations with students, faculty, staff, administrators, parents, alumni, and board members, they gathered valuable feedback, perspectives, lived experiences, and aspirations for the kind of leader CA needs next. These insights, together with input from the community survey, will shape the Head of School position profile as the search moves into its next phase.
