Cary Academy has officially launched the search for our next Head of School in partnership with Resource Group 175 (RG175). As part of their discovery process, RG175 has invited members of the CA community to complete an anonymous survey to help shape the leadership profile for our next Head of School.

Open for two weeks, the survey will offer members of our community—employees, alumni, parents, parents of alumni, former and current board members, and current Upper School students—an opportunity to provide feedback on professional and personal attributes and qualities essential in Cary Academy’s next Head of School.  

RG175 will analyze survey results alongside data collected during in-person stakeholder meetings in November to develop a Head of School position statement aligned with Cary Academy’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
