This week, our community recognized Mental Health Awareness Week with a range of activities focused on wellness and connection. From therapy dog visits and self-care goodie bags to a Middle School dance and popsicle party, the week offered important mental health information alongside stress-busting opportunities to relax, recharge, and reflect. Supported by Student Support Services, the initiative aims to reduce the stigma around mental health and serves as a reminder that caring for our mental and emotional well-being is key to thriving both in and out of the classroom.
