Cary Academy’s HOSA chapter had a strong showing at the 2026 NC HOSA State Leadership Conference this spring. Chargers competed across a wide range of health science and hands-on skill events, earning 10 Top 10 finishes across eight events, including two first-place finishes and six top-three finishes.
