Dania Duarte joined Cary Academy in May 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting across both independent school and corporate settings. Prior to joining Cary Academy, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Gulliver Preparatory School in Miami. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in private equity and public company environments and began her career in the audit practice at EY. A Certified Public Accountant, Dania holds a master’s degree from the University of Virginia. She is married and has two daughters.
