PTAA Parent Presentation: “Popularity, Social Media and Mental Health – A Conversation with Dr. Mitch Prinstein
Dr. Mitch Prinstein will speak with parents and faculty about the role and impact of social media and "popularity" on adolescent mental health. The author of the book "Popular: The Power of Likability in a Status-Obsessed World," Dr. Prinstein currently serves as the chief science officer of the American Psychological Association, and the John Van Seters Distinguished Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of North Carolina. This event is sponsored by PTAA.

New Student Orientation (7th / 8th Grade )
New 7th and 8th grade students visit campus for a brief orientation.
Students will be in the MS from 12-1 for a brief tour, a Q&A session, and lunch. Then they will join the new US students in the US for tech training.
