Please join us on Sunday, November 9 at 9:00 am for our 10th annual CA 5K race! All ages and abilities are invited to participate. Check-in opens at 8:00 a.m. Each registrant receives a race t-shirt. From 8:30 – 8:45 we will have a pre-race warm up session with a guest athletic trainer. The course, which starts and finishes on the track, runs through the beautiful SAS campus. Race attendees can stay after the race for yoga, stretching, and cool down and our Breathe, Balance, and Brunch gathering. Registration is now open! Don’t miss out on the fun!
