If you are arrested for any reason, it is your responsibility to notify the Head of School as soon as possible. The Head of School will evaluate your employment status due to the arrest based on the individual circumstances involved and in accordance with applicable law. A failure to report your arrest immediately could result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
