Honest and Transparent Communications: Open Door Policy

Cary Academy seeks to empower employees to reach their full potential, and we strive for a workplace that is supportive and responsive.  Part of this commitment is encouraging an open and frank atmosphere in which any suggestion, question, or complaint receives a timely response from the School administration.  Cary Academy encourages you to discuss issues or concerns openly before they become serious. You are encouraged to report disputes and conflicts to your supervisor, the Head of School, Human Resources, or any other Division Head with whom you feel comfortable.
