To ensure that individuals who join Cary Academy are well-qualified and have a strong potential to be productive and successful, it is Cary Academy’s policy to conduct background checks and speak with references for applicants prior to their first day of work. Employment with Cary Academy is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these steps, including, but not limited to, verification that your employment, educational, and personal history meet the hiring standards of the school and support statements made on your employment application and/or other documents you have provided to the school during the hiring process including, but not limited to, resumes, cover letters, letters of reference, background checks, and statements of educational philosophy. Specific background check and reference verification requirements will vary based on the position.
